Chianti Classico "Belcanto" - 2018 - Nittardi
The history of this winery dates back to the 16th century in the heart of Chianti Classico, on the hills bordering the provinces of Florence and Siena. Since 1981, Nittardi has been run by Peter Femfert and his wife, the historian Stefania Canali, of Venetian origins. This splendid classic wine is produced entirely with grapes grown in our vineyards in the municipality of Castellina in Chianti. Its purple-red color is accompanied by juicy hints of cherry and raspberry on the nose with light notes of Mediterranean scrub and floral notes. Medium-bodied with crisp tannins on the palate and a fresh and long finish.
