Chianti Classico Reserve - 2019 - Castellinuzza
The Chianti Classico of Podere Castellinuzza is obtained from a careful selection of the best Sangiovese di Lamole for 95% and red grapes (Canaiolo) for the remaining 5%, as required by the Chianti Classico Wine Production Regulations. The grapes are hand-picked in the first half of October, vinified in cement tanks with macerations of 14-18 days; the wine continues to refine in the same cement tanks for at least a year and a half and then in the bottle for at least 4 months.
