Chianti Classico "Harvest 56" - 2021 - Viticcio
Viticcio Chianti Classico is made from organic Sangiovese grapes harvested entirely by hand from vineyards located in the "Belvedere" of Greve in Chianti and grown exclusively with natural methods. Maturation takes place in small French oak barrels before being refined in the bottle. This is the oldest wine of the winery, the first label of Viticcio. Brilliant red color, pleasant aromas of red fruits, plums and violets emerge in a context of tobacco, graphite, damp undergrowth and toasted oak. It is created from a blend of selected Sangiovese grapes with a small addition of Merlot.
