The Domaine du Moulin à Tan, located in the commune of Cravant-les-Coteaux, has been producing Chinon wines for over 40 years. It is a small family farm whose vineyard is fragmented between the slopes and plains on the edge of Vienne. The vinification takes place in concrete tanks with optimal control of fermentation temperatures.
