Palari is a renowned wine producer located in Messina, on the island of Sicily. Since 2005, the estate has been dedicated to the production of traditional Faro DOC wines using native varieties such as Nero d'Avola, Nerello Mascalese, Acitana, Nerello Cappuccio, Nocera and Tignolino. After 6 months of aging in barriques, the wine is bottled, offering a unique experience of the legendary aromas and flavors of the Strait of Messina. This wine has an intense ruby red color. On the nose, it opens with a broad and deep bouquet of berries, embellished with notes of jam. On the palate, it is pleasantly enveloping, with a full body and a long fruity persistence
