The Clos Milan cuvée, certified organic, is a splendid blend of Grenache Noir and Syrah. The grapes were grown on alluvial soils composed of gravel and sand, with controlled yields of 35 hl/ha. The vines, which are approximately 40 years old, were harvested by hand. This was followed by a brief maceration of eight days, and the wine was aged for two years in old barriques and for two years in concrete tanks. Henri Milan offers a wine with great aging potential (at least 20 years), characterized by elegance, freshness, tannins, and finesse.

Clos Milan is made primarily from Grenache and Syrah grown on old vines in soils composed of gravel, sand, and alluvial deposits, which lend the wine structure and finesse. The 2007 vintage underwent a long aging process of approximately two years in barriques and an additional two years in concrete tanks, without fining or filtration, to preserve its authenticity and complexity.

An elegant yet powerful wine, ideal for pairing with roasted red meats, game, or aged cheeses, or for enjoying on its own to appreciate its evolution. It perfectly embodies Henri Milan’s artisanal and authentic style: an intense, complex, and well-balanced red that retains its depth and refinement even after many years.
