This Romanée-Saint-Vivant is a masterpiece made from Pinot Noir grapes and vinified by Michel Voarick. The estate is managed using sustainable farming practices. Domaine Michel Voarick has not produced this cuvée for several years, making it a rarity.

After being hand-harvested at full ripeness and rigorously sorted, the grapes are destemmed and vinified. Extraction is accompanied by punching down and pumping over. The wine is aged for 12–24 months.

On tasting, it reveals a deep ruby color that develops carmine-red hues over time. The bouquet is complex, with notes of red and black berries, violets, forest floor, and spices. This Romanée offers an intense palate, with a bold attack and exceptional elegance. It also possesses excellent aging potential. It should be served at 16–17°C paired with refined dishes such as duck breast, roast veal, or hare à la Royale.
