Once payment is received, the bottles are placed in special polystyrene containers to ensure maximum safety during transit, and then delivered to the MailBoxes Center.
There are two types of shipping: express shipping which guarantees the arrival of the bottles the next day and standard shipping which takes between 3 and 4 working days.
For non-EU countries, delivery times may vary between 2 and 10 working days.
Shipments are made to Europe, Asia and the USA.

Rarest Wines has been buying and selling wine for over twenty years, aiming to select the best wines to offer customers for their collections, investments, or special events.
We buy wine cellars from both private collectors and large restaurants.
After checking that the wines are properly stored on site, they are transferred to our temperature-controlled warehouse.

The bottles are stored in polystyrene packaging, which guarantees both the integrity of the product and reduced exposure to external temperatures.
The wines come from our temperature-controlled warehouse, where they remain until shipping.
Our courier takes great care to handle the packages we send with care. If for any reason one or more bottles arrive damaged, please contact our customer care team at office@rarest-wines.com and explain the extent of the damage.
You will be asked to send us the bottle to be returned and to send us a photo describing the damage via email.
To be eligible for a return, the bottle must be unused and in the same condition as you received it, complete with box. Proof of purchase is also required.
Upon receipt, we'll email you to confirm receipt of your returned item and notify you whether your refund has been approved. If approved, a refund will be automatically issued within 7 business days of receiving the item and applied to your original payment method.
You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning the item. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

We do not accept exchange requests or complaints unless the bottle was damaged during shipping. The bottles come from private collections, restaurants, or rare wine merchants. Each bottle has its own history; we cannot guarantee that the wine will still be in perfect condition after many years. We can assure you that the condition of the bottle is exactly as described and photographed.
The sale of our bottles is therefore subject to the "seen and liked" clause.
