The Morey-Saint-Denis vineyards, with an average age of 50 years, are grown on calcareous-marly soils exposed to the east. This wine presents itself with a vermilion color and dark purple reflections, accompanied by a clean and frank nose with notes of fruit and a hint of licorice. The palate is fresh, with almost melted tannins, and the finish is easy and harmonious. The vinification involves 80% whole harvest, followed by 17 days of maceration with manual pigeage and pumping over. After aging for 14 months in barrels, 40% of which are new, the wine is bottled without filtration or clarification, preserving the authenticity and purity of the terroir.
