Dom Ruinart Blanc de Blancs is made exclusively with Chardonnay Grand Cru, mainly from the Côte des Blancs and partly from the Montagne de Reims. Maison Ruinart is committed to obtaining cuvées with greater depth, reintroducing tirage with cork stoppers to preserve aromatic freshness during aging. To the eye, it presents a golden yellow color and a fine and persistent effervescence. On the nose, powdery, floral and mineral notes emerge, accompanied by toasted and spicy aromas. On the palate, aromas of fig leaves, black tea and fresh spices blend, with a fresh finish and an elegant bitter note, revealing an aromatic complexity and an exalted freshness.
