Chianti Classico Riserva "Cortine" - 2018 - Pieve di Campoli
A winning blend also in the Pieve line, here proposed with selected grapes in the Cortine vineyards. Produced with Sangiovese grapes blended with 10 percent Merlot, coming from the vineyard under the Church. Intense ruby red in color with garnet reflections, the Chianti Classico DOCG in the mouth presents itself with good tannins, dry, savory and velvety. Spicy also on the nose, floral, balsamic when very aged, it does not hide aromas of berries.
