Barbaresco comes from the vineyards of Barbaresco, Treiso and Neive, expressing the typical elegance of Nebbiolo. The year was characterized by a mild winter with plenty of rainfall, which ensured excellent water reserves. After a regular spring, the summer was distinguished by balanced temperatures and thunderstorms between June and July. The temperature variations during the harvest, which took place from 11 to 14 October, ensured an excellent harvest, with perfectly ripe and balanced grapes. After destemming and pressing, the must macerated for 8 days at 30°C, completing malolactic fermentation by winter. A year of aging in oak barrels gave the wine harmony and softness. It has an intense garnet red color, complex aromas of red fruit and spices, and a full and velvety taste with a persistent aftertaste.
