Located in the picturesque wine region of Piedmont, specifically in the Langhe, Cantina del Pino is renowned for producing fine wines, among which this Barbaresco stands out, obtained exclusively from 100% Nebbiolo grapes. The Ovello vineyard represents one of the most famous sites in the entire Barbaresco area, thanks to its privileged position on the hills overlooking the Tanaro river, characterized by a calcareous and sandy soil that contributes to the elegance and intensity of this wine. This Barbaresco stands out for its intense ruby red color with pomegranate reflections, and for its enveloping aroma of plum, berries and a delicate note of mint. In the mouth it is elegant, with well-integrated tannins and a pleasant softness, balanced by a fresh acidity and enriched by an intriguing balsamic hint. It is delicious both young and after adequate aging.
