In the glass, it displays a deep garnet color, now shifting toward amber tones, a sign of its long evolution. On the nose, it offers a broad and complex bouquet: intertwined notes of truffle, leather, ancient wood, licorice, sweet spices, and hints of wilted roses. On the palate, it is subtle yet still lively, with smooth tannins and a silky texture that speaks of decades of aging. The acidity, still surprisingly present, provides balance and a long, harmonious finish, imbued with memories of underbrush and fine tobacco.
