The Barolo DOCG "Tresürì" is born from a blend of grapes from three great terroirs, each with unique characteristics in terms of exposure, soil and microclimate. To preserve the authenticity of each vineyard, the grapes are vinified separately and the refinement takes place in tonneaux and large 1500-liter barrels, both of French oak, for about 30 months. This process allows us to obtain an elegant and harmonious Barolo, with a fine bouquet that ranges from cherry to rose and sweet licorice. On the palate, it is full and persistent, with soft and refined tannins, making it ideal to enjoy even in its youth. However, thanks to its aging potential, it is a wine that will continue to evolve beautifully over time.
