Brunello di Montalcino DOCG is a full-bodied and structured wine, coming from the prestigious area of Castelnuovo dell'Abate, in the heart of Montalcino (SI). Made with 100% Sangiovese Grosso grapes, this wine stands out for its meticulous vinification: the manual harvest is followed by a fermentation with maceration in steel tanks at a controlled temperature, enriched by daily pumping over and délestage. After alcoholic fermentation, the wine is subjected to a post-fermentation maceration at 29°C and continues its refinement in oak wood for a period of 24 months, with weekly batonnage for the first 4 months. The result is a full-bodied wine, with silky tannins and an enveloping persistence. Served at 18°C in large glasses, it is the ideal companion for roast meat, poultry, game and mature cheeses. A sensory experience that best represents the tradition and excellence of Tuscany.
