The only label produced by Château Chasse-Spleen, this typical Bordeaux blend comes from vineyards that reach an average age of thirty years. The harvest is manual, while the aging takes place in French oak barrels - 30% of which are new - where the wine remains to mature for at least 12 months. The result is a chiselled Moulis-en-Médoc, engaging and intriguing, capable of reaching very high levels of quality. It is a Bordeaux of great class, opulent and elegant. It is a thoroughbred “Rouge”.
