Franciacorta Cuvée Imperiale (2023 release) - Berlucchi
Berlucchi Franciacorta, a fine blend of Chardonnay (90%) and Pinot Noir (10%) from the picturesque vineyards of the 19 municipalities of the region, offers oenological excellence. With a yield of 9,500 kg of grapes per hectare and an average production of 7,600 bottles, this brut sparkling wine stands out for its refined vinification. Fermentation takes place in steel vats after a soft and progressive pressing of the bunches. The maturation, enriched by 10% of reserve wines, develops in the bottle for at least 18 months followed by a further 2 months post-disgorgement. Characterized by a soft foam, straw yellow color and a persistent bouquet with fruity, floral and yeast notes, Berlucchi Franciacorta offers a full, clean and fruity taste with a pleasant acidity.
