This Franciacorta Brut presents an intense straw yellow color, embellished with a very fine and persistent perlage. On the nose, it offers fascinating notes of white and yellow pulp fruit, citrus, exotic fruit, spicy hints and light hints of bread crust. On the palate It is fresh and rich, with an enveloping finish that recalls toasted almonds. Perfect to accompany the entire meal, it is enhanced with dishes with forest scents, such as a risotto with porcini mushrooms. This sparkling wine is the result of a skillful blend of chardonnay and pinot noir, left to rest on the lees for years.
