As soon as payment is received, the bottles are placed in special Styrofoam crates designed to ensure maximum safety during transport; they are then entrusted to the MailBoxes Center.
There are two shipping options: express shipping, which guarantees next-day delivery, and standard shipping, which takes between 3 and 4 business days.
For countries outside the EEC, delivery times may vary between 2 and 10 business days.

For more than twenty years, Rarest Wines has been buying and selling wine with the aim of offering customers the finest wines for their collections, investments, or special occasions.
We purchase wine cellars from both private collectors and large restaurants.
Once we have verified that the wines are properly preserved on site, they are transferred to our temperature-controlled warehouse.

The bottles are stored in polystyrene packaging, which ensures both the integrity of the product and protection from external temperatures.
The wines come from our temperature-controlled warehouse, where they remain until shipment.
Our courier takes great care to handle the packages we send with the utmost care. If, for any reason, one or more bottles arrive damaged, please contact our customer service at office@rarest-wines.com and describe the extent of the damage.
Please send us the bottle to be returned and email us a photo along with a description of the damage.
To be eligible for a return, the bottle must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it, including the box. A proof of purchase is also required.
Once we receive the item, we will send you an email confirming receipt and letting you know whether the refund has been approved. If approved, a refund will be issued automatically within 7 business days of receiving the item, using the original payment method.
You are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning the item. If you receive a refund, the return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.

We do not accept requests for exchanges or complaints, unless the bottle was damaged during shipping. The bottles come from private collections, restaurants, or dealers of rare wines. Each bottle has its own story, and we cannot guarantee that the wine will still be in perfect condition even after many years. We can assure you that the condition of the bottle matches the description and photo exactly.
The sale of our bottles is therefore subject to the "seen and approved" clause.
