Der Barbaresco von Marchesi di Barolo is a historic Rotwein of great Eleganz and Prestige, der im Herzen der Piedmontesischen Langhe von einem der repräsentativsten Weingüter der Italian Weintradition hergestellt wird. Hauptsächlich aus Nebbiolo-Trauben gewonnen, gehört dieser Barbaresco zu einem der klassischen Jahrgänge der späten 60er Jahre, der heute von Liebhabern und Sammlern other Weine sehr begehrt ist.

With an intensive granatroten color and orange reflex, the long-lasting reifung zurückzuführen are, entwickelt er a complex and entwickeltes bouquet with notes of welker roses, getrocknetem veil, reifer kirsche, gewürzen, tabak, leder, unterholz and light balsamschen Nuancen. Am Gaumen feels so elegant, harmonious and structured, with fine, inzwischen samtigen Tanninen, guter Nachhaltigkeit und einer refined Ausgewogenheit, die typisch für large, gereifte Nebbiolo-Weine ist.

I ordered three bottles, a 1999 French, recently opened, made a great impression.
The other two are a Barolo Serralunga d'Alba from Fontanafredda and a Nebbiolo d'Alba Riccheri from Marchesi di Barolo, both from 2015, which I have yet to open but the prospects are excellent.
Shipping and packaging were equally excellent, the Marchesi di Barolo bottle was longer and protruding but I still managed to protect it.
Great prices that you won't find on other similar sites.
I will definitely be back to buy more.
