Der Bersi Serlini Extra Brut Millesimato 2012 ist ein Franciacorta, der den authentischsten und „natürlichsten“ Stil des Extra Brut-Typs interpretiert, mit einer sehr niedrigen Dosage und einem Ansatz, der Gleichgewicht, Finesse und Ausdrucksreinheit bevorzugt. Er entsteht aus einer Assemblage von Chardonnay und Weißburgunder, eine weniger verbreitete Wahl, die dem Wein eine nuanciertere und vielschichtigere Persönlichkeit verleiht, mit einer Kombination aus Eleganz und Struktur. Er vereint Frische und Reife, wobei die lange Reifung und der entwickelte Jahrgang allmählich zum Vorschein kommen, ohne den Wein zu beschweren. Er ist weniger „scharf“ als ein extremerer Stil, bewahrt aber eine schöne Spannung und eine große Trinkbarkeit.
