Der Brunello di Montalcino Le Vie dell’Uva 2017 ist ein Rotwein, der aus 100 % Sangiovese Grosso-Trauben gewonnen wird und einen typischen und territorialen Stil der Herkunftsbezeichnung mit guter Intensität und einer reiferen Struktur im Vergleich zu kühleren Jahrgängen ausdrückt.

Es wird empfohlen, ihn bei 16–18 Grad zu servieren und ihn mindestens eine Stunde lang zu dekantieren. Er passt sehr gut zu rotem Fleisch, Braten, Schmorgerichten, Wild und gereiftem Käse, wodurch er insgesamt ein strukturierter, warmer und großzügiger Brunello ist, der eher auf Kraft und Ausdruck als auf extreme Finesse ausgelegt ist.

I ordered three bottles, a 1999 French, recently opened, made a great impression.
The other two are a Barolo Serralunga d'Alba from Fontanafredda and a Nebbiolo d'Alba Riccheri from Marchesi di Barolo, both from 2015, which I have yet to open but the prospects are excellent.
Shipping and packaging were equally excellent, the Marchesi di Barolo bottle was longer and protruding but I still managed to protect it.
Great prices that you won't find on other similar sites.
