Ein Brunello klassischen Stils, aber mit einem Hauch von Persönlichkeit: Er entsteht aus reinem Sangiovese mit Fermentation im Stahltank und langer Reifung in großen Eichenfässern (30 Monate), was reifen roten Früchten, süßen Gewürzen, mineralischen Noten und balsamischen Anklängen Raum lässt. In der Nase ist er komplex, lebendig und sofort erkennbar, während er am Gaumen einen vollen Körper, gut definierte Tannine und eine lebendige Frische bestätigt, mit einem kohärenten und langen Abgang. Es ist ein Wein, der sich jung und energisch zeigt, aber ein ausgezeichnetes Alterungspotenzial besitzt.

I ordered three bottles, a 1999 French, recently opened, made a great impression.
The other two are a Barolo Serralunga d'Alba from Fontanafredda and a Nebbiolo d'Alba Riccheri from Marchesi di Barolo, both from 2015, which I have yet to open but the prospects are excellent.
Shipping and packaging were equally excellent, the Marchesi di Barolo bottle was longer and protruding but I still managed to protect it.
Great prices that you won't find on other similar sites.
I will definitely be back to buy more.
