Der Brunello di Montalcino Vigna La Casaccia 2021 ist ein Wein von großer Eleganz und Struktur, ein authentischer Ausdruck des Terroirs von Canalicchio di Sopra. Er wird ausschließlich aus Sangiovese Grosso hergestellt und stammt aus dem Cru „La Casaccia“, dessen mineralische und kalkhaltige Böden dem Wein Tiefe und Spannung verleihen.
In der Nase bietet er ein komplexes und raffiniertes Bouquet: reife rote Früchte, würzige Noten von Zeder und Orangenschalen, leichte mentholhaltige Nuancen und eine elegante Mineralität. Am Gaumen zeigt er sich energisch und harmonisch, mit reifen roten und schwarzen Früchten, seidigen Tanninen und einer lebhaften Säure, die seine Langlebigkeit garantiert. Der Abgang ist lang, mineralisch und mit anhaltenden fruchtigen Anklängen.
Es ist ein junger Wein, der aber schon jetzt seinen Charakter zeigt, mit einem ausgezeichneten Reifepotenzial bis ca. 2040. Er passt ideal zu geschmortem rotem Fleisch, Wild und reifem Käse und ist ein Brunello, der Intensität, Eleganz und die Fähigkeit, sich im Laufe der Zeit zu entwickeln, vereint und die Region Montalcino optimal repräsentiert.
