Der Camossi Franciacorta DOCG Extra Brut Rosé ist ein Rosé-Franciacorta, der zu 100 % aus Pinot Noir-Trauben hergestellt wird und Kraft, Eleganz und Frische in einer harmonischen Einheit vereint. Die Finesse des Pinot Noir zeigt sich hier in evokativen und aromatischen Noten, die den besten Blanc de Noirs jenseits der Alpen in nichts nachstehen.
Zartrosa, aber strahlend im Glas; die feine und anhaltende Perlage verzaubert uns und führt uns zu der aromatischen Explosion eines Bouquets von Lavendelkompott, Walderdbeeren, weißen Gewürzen und feinem Gebäck mit gerösteten Trockenfrüchten in Honig von Sulla und Strohblume. Der Schluck ist gleichermaßen reichhaltig und opulent, aber nie aufdringlich, getragen von einer splendidien Säure, die ihn zu einem Sekt macht, der süchtig machen kann.
Ideal sowohl als Aperitif als auch als Begleiter zu einer ganzen Mahlzeit mit ersten Gängen in Tomaten- oder Gemüsesauce oder Hauptgerichten mit hellem Fleisch.
