Der Franciacorta DOCG Brut Nature Blanc de Blancs von Cavalleri ist das repräsentativste Etikett dieses berühmten Weinguts aus Erbusco.

Es ist eine wahre Visitenkarte, die die Hauptmerkmale des Cavalleri-Stils zusammenfasst: eine Vorliebe für Chardonnay, Dosage Zero oder sehr niedrige Dosierungen und das Streben nach maximaler Ausdrucksreinheit.

Der Franciacorta DOCG Brut Nature Blanc de Blancs von Cavalleri wird zu 100% aus Chardonnay-Trauben hergestellt, von denen 90% Trauben des letzten Jahrgangs und 10% Reserveweine sind.

Die Gärung erfolgt zu 80% in Edelstahl und zu 20% in großen Eichenfässern, wobei der Most sowohl in Edelstahl als auch im Fass mit einheimischen Hefen gärt; die malolaktische Gärung findet bei 20% der Cuvée statt.

Die Weinberge werden nach den Prinzipien des ökologischen und biodynamischen Weinbaus bewirtschaftet.

I ordered three bottles, a 1999 French, recently opened, made a great impression.
The other two are a Barolo Serralunga d'Alba from Fontanafredda and a Nebbiolo d'Alba Riccheri from Marchesi di Barolo, both from 2015, which I have yet to open but the prospects are excellent.
Shipping and packaging were equally excellent, the Marchesi di Barolo bottle was longer and protruding but I still managed to protect it.
Great prices that you won't find on other similar sites.
I will definitely be back to buy more.
