Hergestellt aus 100 % Chardonnay in einem Weinberg mit relativ hoher Lage und kalkreichen, tonarmen Böden, bietet er ein raffiniertes und artikuliertes Aromaprofil, in dem Noten von reifen weißen Früchten (Birne, Apfel), zarten Zitrusfrüchten und weißen Blüten hervortreten, begleitet von einem subtilen und frischen mineralischen Gefühl.

Er ist ein Beispiel für einen Burgunder-Chardonnay von großer Substanz und Charakter, der in der Lage ist, aromatische Intensität, Mineralität und Struktur auszugleichen und sowohl sofortige Gaumenfreuden als auch ausgezeichnete Entwicklungsperspektiven in der Flasche zu zeigen.

I ordered three bottles, a 1999 French, recently opened, made a great impression.
The other two are a Barolo Serralunga d'Alba from Fontanafredda and a Nebbiolo d'Alba Riccheri from Marchesi di Barolo, both from 2015, which I have yet to open but the prospects are excellent.
Shipping and packaging were equally excellent, the Marchesi di Barolo bottle was longer and protruding but I still managed to protect it.
Great prices that you won't find on other similar sites.
I will definitely be back to buy more.
