Der Château Trotte Vieille 1991 ist ein raffinierter Rotwein aus Saint-Émilion, der die Eleganz und Besonderheit eines der ältesten und prestigeträchtigsten Güter am rechten Ufer von Bordeaux verkörpert. Dieser Wein präsentiert sich in einem rubinroten Gewand mit tiefgranatroten Reflexen und entwickelt in der Nase ein komplexes und verführerisches Bouquet, in dem sich Noten von kleinen reifen roten Früchten mit Anklängen von Graphit, Zedernholz, Trüffel und subtilen Nuancen von Lakritz verflechten, die typisch für den Beitrag des Cabernet Franc sind. Am Gaumen ist die Struktur sehr ausgewogen mit einer edlen und seidigen Tanninstruktur, die einen harmonischen Schluck stützt, der von einer lebendigen Frische geprägt ist, die seine aromatische Persistenz zu einem mineralischen und anhaltenden Abgang verlängert. Wir empfehlen, ihn bei einer Temperatur von 17-18 Grad zu edlem rotem Fleisch, Steinpilzgerichten oder Rotschimmelkäse zu servieren, um seine aromatische Tiefe hervorzuheben.

I ordered three bottles, a 1999 French, recently opened, made a great impression.
The other two are a Barolo Serralunga d'Alba from Fontanafredda and a Nebbiolo d'Alba Riccheri from Marchesi di Barolo, both from 2015, which I have yet to open but the prospects are excellent.
Shipping and packaging were equally excellent, the Marchesi di Barolo bottle was longer and protruding but I still managed to protect it.
Great prices that you won't find on other similar sites.
I will definitely be back to buy more.
