Sie haben sich stets für die Natur eingesetzt, indem sie in ihrem Betrieb I Luoghi auf synthetische Chemikalien und Herbizide im Weinberg verzichten und die Düngung auf ein Minimum reduzieren, um das vegetabile und produktive Gleichgewicht der Pflanzen zu erhalten. Auch im Weinkeller versucht man, den Most so wenig wie möglich zu berühren, indem man spontane Gärungen ausschließlich mit den natürlich auf den Beerenschalen vorhandenen Hefen einleitet und täglich schonende Remontagen und Unterstöße durchführt.

I ordered three bottles, a 1999 French, recently opened, made a great impression.
The other two are a Barolo Serralunga d'Alba from Fontanafredda and a Nebbiolo d'Alba Riccheri from Marchesi di Barolo, both from 2015, which I have yet to open but the prospects are excellent.
Shipping and packaging were equally excellent, the Marchesi di Barolo bottle was longer and protruding but I still managed to protect it.
Great prices that you won't find on other similar sites.
I will definitely be back to buy more.
