Optisch präsentiert er sich in einem light and transparent Granatrot, typisch für Arnoux' Meisterschaft im Umgang mit der Extraktion des Pinot Noir. The Nase is a hypnotisches Bouquet aus small kandierten Roten Früchten, wie Himbeere und Johannisbeere, die sich with blooming Noten von Pfingstrose und verwelkter Veilchen verflechten und sich allmählich zu Anklängen von Weihrauch, blondem Tabak und einer eisernen Mineralität entwickeln, die an die rot Erde des Clos erinnert.
