G de Château Guiraud 2021 ist ein erhabener trockener Weißwein, der in Sauternes hergestellt wird. Dieser trockene Bordeaux-Weißwein ist sowohl aromatisch als auch elegant. 2021 ist der elfte Jahrgang, der als biologisch zertifiziert ist. Strohgelbe Farbe, leuchtend. Die Nase verführt mit ihrer Frische und Finesse. Im Mund geht ein lebhafter Auftakt einem dichten Beginn mit subtilen Zitrusaromen voraus. Am Gaumen entfaltet sich eine reiche aromatische Palette, die Noten von Grapefruitschale, gelbem Pfirsichfleisch und kleinen Blüten von Obstbäumen kombiniert, eine schöne Spannung mit einer köstlichen aromatischen Komplexität. Dieser dichte und frische Wein besticht durch seine cremige Textur, die sich mit Aromen von Pfirsich und Zitrusfrüchten zu einem Finale von seltener Lebendigkeit verbindet.
