Der Les Chemins de la Croix du Casse 2006, hergestellt vom Château La Croix du Casse in der Appellation Pomerol, ist ein Rotwein aus Bordeaux, der den Zweitwein des Guts darstellt. Er wurde geschaffen, um die Qualität des Weinbergs zu unterstreichen und einen zugänglichen, aber dennoch typischen Stil der Appellation zu bieten. Diese Cuvée, die Mitte der 2000er Jahre entstand und in eher begrenzten Mengen produziert wird, besteht hauptsächlich aus Merlot mit einem geringen Anteil anderer Bordeaux-Rebsorten und wird mehrere Monate in Barriques ausgebaut, ein Prozess, der zur Struktur und aromatischen Komplexität beiträgt.

I ordered three bottles, a 1999 French, recently opened, made a great impression.
The other two are a Barolo Serralunga d'Alba from Fontanafredda and a Nebbiolo d'Alba Riccheri from Marchesi di Barolo, both from 2015, which I have yet to open but the prospects are excellent.
Shipping and packaging were equally excellent, the Marchesi di Barolo bottle was longer and protruding but I still managed to protect it.
Great prices that you won't find on other similar sites.
