Der „Luce“ ist ein Supertuscan von großem Reichtum und Energie, der aus Sangiovese und Merlot gewonnen und 24 Monate in Barriques gereift wird. Er besitzt eine tiefe und vielschichtige Aromenausstattung von Waldbeeren, getrockneten Blüten, balsamischen und minzigen Kräutern und vor allem süßen Gewürzen. Im Geschmack erweist er sich als strukturiert, tanninhaltig, intensiv und von überschwänglicher Frische.
Die Trauben werden zwischen der ersten und letzten Septemberwoche geerntet. Der Most gärt 12 Tage lang in thermokonditionierten Edelstahltanks bei einer Temperatur, die 28 Grad nicht überschreitet, und mazeriert 4 Wochen lang auf den Schalen. Der biologische Säureabbau erfolgt dann in Barriques. Er reift 24 Monate lang in 85% neuen Barriques.
