Die Cuvée stammt aus dem Climat Les Vellées, einem der anerkannten Premier Cru der Gemeinde, auf ton- und kalkhaltigen Böden, die günstig zur Sonne ausgerichtet sind und eine volle Reifung der Trauben sowie eine gute aromatische Spannung fördern.
Die Domaine Tupinier-Bautista, geführt von Manu Bautista und Familie, kombiniert burgundische Tradition und Präzision im Weinberg mit sorgfältigen Methoden im Keller: Handlese, Gärung und kontrollierter Ausbau in Holzfässern, um Frucht und Terroir zu betonen.
In der Nase zeigt sich dieser Wein fruchtig und duftend, mit Noten von reifen roten Früchten wie Kirsche und Himbeere, durchzogen von würzigen Nuancen und einem Hauch von Unterholz, typisch für den Burgunder Spätburgunder.
