Die Domaine Chevillon in Nuits-Saint-Georges wurde im 20. Jahrhundert von Symphorien Chevillon gegründet. Seit 2003 wird das Weingut von den Brüdern Denis und Bertrand geführt; der Weinberg erstreckt sich über 13 Hektar, wovon 8 Hektar auf als Premier Cru klassifiziertem Land liegen. Das Weingut verfügt somit über 8 Premier Crus. Die Eigentümer des Weinguts treten diskret auf, doch ihre Weine sind besonders renommiert und begehrt, vor allem im Ausland. Sie zeichnen sich durch angenehme fruchtige Noten und große Finesse aus, und die Reifung erfolgt mit äußerster Sorgfalt. Die Weinlese erfolgt manuell und beinhaltet eine sorgfältige Auswahl der Trauben; die lange Reifung erfolgt in Fässern, wobei der Anteil neuer Fässer 30 % nicht übersteigt. Die Weine werden durch Schwerkraft abgefüllt. Die Produktion ist eher begrenzt, das Weingut produziert 60.000 Flaschen pro Jahr.
