Recioto della Valpolicella 1970 is a historic tradition of the Veronese tradition, derived from the traditional method of Valpolicella. It is handelt sich a seltene Jahrgangsflasche, die authentic Style of the Recioto of the 70th year repräsentiert, als die Produktion noch stark handwerklich geprägt und die Familyweingüter der Region gebunden war.
Optisch zeigt er eine tiefe grenatrote Color with bernsteinfarbenen Reflexen, ein clear Zeichen einer langsamen Flaschenreifung. This aromatische profile is intensive and reif, with Noten von Kirschkonfitüre, getrockneter Pflaume, Feigen, Rosinen, dunklem Honig und Kakao, angereichert with Nuancen von süßen Gewürzen, Tabak und leichten oxidativen Noten, die typisch für large Jahrgangsweine sind.
Am Gaumen ist er weich und umhüllend, mit einer vollen Süße, die aber noch durch eine verbleibende frische Säure ausgeglichen wird. The textur is samtig, der Abgang long und warm, mit Rückmeldungen von reifen Früchten un Gewürzen. Der Alkoholgehalt von 13% trägt dazu bei, ihn harmonisch und stabil über die Zeit zu halten.
