Recioto Campociesa is a historic wine from seltener Eleganz, from the great tradition of the Passito-Weine des Valpolicella Classica gehört. Hergestellt aus Corvina-, Rondinella- und Molinara-Trauben, die im Winter natürlich in den Trockenräumen getrocknet werden, stellt er einen der authentischsten Ausdrucksformen des Veroneser Recioto der 70er Jahre dar.
With tiefgranatroten Farbe und den bernsteinfarbenen Reflexen, die durch die long Reifung entstehen, entwickelt er un intensives und komplexes Bouquet mit Noten von Kirschen in Alkohol, Trockenpflaumen, Feigen, Kakao, süßem Tabak, Gewürzen und getrockneten Früchten. Am Gaumen is er weich, samtig und umhüllend, with a refined Balance zwischen Süße, Struktur und Frische, einem charakteristischen Merkmal der großen historischen Recioto des Valpolicella.
In 1971, the first ikonischen period began in the handmade production of Masi, even after the Bezeichnung „Recioto“ was identified, after the first year in the province of Verona, according to traditional methods.
