Recioto della Valpolicella is a historic and well-known dessert wine, from the great tradition of the classic Valpolicella wines. It was born from the Trauben after the other Recioto-Methode hergestellt und stellt einen elegantn und intensiven Ausdruck der venezianischen Weinherstellung der 70er Jahre dar.
Die tiefgranatrote Farbe mit bernsteinfarbenen Reflexen, die auf die lange Reifung zurückzuführen ist, entwickelt in der Nase komplexe Aromen von Kirsche in Alkohol, getrockneten Feigen, Rosinen, Kakao, süßem Tabak, Gewürzen und ätherischen Noten, die typisch für große reife Weine sind. Am Gaumen ist er samtig, warm und umhüllend, mit einer Süße, die durch eine überraschende Frische und einen langen aromatischen Nachhall ausgeglichen wird.
