The bouquet is a compendium of aristocratic tertiary notes: initially reserved, it slowly opens up to hints of black truffle, pipe tobacco, aged leather, and a cigar box, intertwined with a subtle note of plums preserved in alcohol and wilted violets that still evoke the essence of Merlot and Cabernet Franc.
