L’Antica Fratta Essence Rosé 2016 con sboccatura 2021 è un Franciacorta rosé millesimato che esprime uno stile maturo, profondo e raffinato, dove il tempo ha un ruolo determinante nella costruzione del profilo aromatico e gustativo. Nasce da un assemblaggio di Pinot Nero e Chardonnay, in cui il primo conferisce struttura, tensione e identità, mentre il secondo apporta eleganza e finezza.
Nel calice si presenta con un colore rosa tenue dai riflessi salmone, attraversato da un perlage fine e persistente. Al naso offre un bouquet ampio e stratificato, in cui si riconoscono frutti rossi come lampone, ribes e fragolina, seguiti da sfumature più evolute di crosta di pane, lievito e leggere note speziate, segno del lungo affinamento sui lieviti e del tempo trascorso dopo la sboccatura.
In bocca è equilibrato e strutturato, con un ingresso fresco e dinamico sostenuto da una buona acidità, che dona slancio e verticalità. La componente fruttata si integra con le note più mature ed evolute, creando un profilo armonico e complesso. Il finale è lungo, sapido e minerale, con una persistenza che richiama sia la freschezza iniziale sia le sensazioni più profonde sviluppate nel tempo.
