Once payment is received, the bottles are placed in special polystyrene crates designed to ensure maximum safety during transport; they are then handed over to the MailBoxes Center.
There are two shipping options: express shipping, which guarantees delivery the next day, and standard shipping, which takes 3 to 4 business days.
For countries outside the EU, delivery times can range from 2 to 10 business days.

For more than twenty years, Rarest Wines has been buying and selling wine, with a focus on selecting the finest wines to offer customers for their collections, investments, or special events.
We purchase wine cellars from both private collectors and large-scale restaurants.
After verifying on-site that the wines are properly stored, they are transferred to our temperature-controlled warehouse.

The bottles are packaged in polystyrene containers, which ensure both the integrity of the product and reduced exposure to outside temperatures.
The wines come from our temperature-controlled warehouse, where they remain until they are shipped.
Our shipping carrier takes great care to handle the packages we send with care. If, for any reason, one or more bottles arrive damaged, please contact our customer service team at office@rarest-wines.com and describe the extent of the damage.
You will be asked to send us the bottle to be returned and to email us a photo along with a description of the damage in advance.
To be eligible for a return, the bottle must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it, including the box. You must also provide proof of purchase.
Once we receive the item, we will send you an email confirming receipt and let you know whether your refund has been approved. If approved, a refund will be automatically processed within 7 business days of the date we receive the item, credited to your original payment method.
You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs to return the item. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

We do not accept requests for replacements or complaints, unless the bottle was damaged during shipping. The bottles come from private collections, restaurants, or rare wine dealers. Each bottle has its own history, and we cannot guarantee that the wine will still be in perfect condition years later. We can assure you that the condition of the bottle is exactly as described and shown in the photograph.
The sale of our bottles is therefore subject to the “as-is” clause.
