This bottle comes from vineyards located at an altitude of 440 meters, on soil characterized by Sant'Agata Marl, a combination of clay, fine sand, and limestone. Over the past 30 years, the canopy has been increased to ensure the highest quality grapes. The harvest is done manually, with rigorous bunch selection to ensure uniform ripening. Fermentation takes place in steel tanks with advanced temperature control and oxygenation techniques. Aging takes place in French oak barriques, preserving the wine's aromas and color intensity.

I ordered three bottles, a 1999 French, recently opened, made a great impression.
The other two are a Barolo Serralunga d'Alba from Fontanafredda and a Nebbiolo d'Alba Riccheri from Marchesi di Barolo, both from 2015, which I have yet to open but the prospects are excellent.
Shipping and packaging were equally excellent, the Marchesi di Barolo bottle was longer and protruding but I still managed to protect it.
Great prices that you won't find on other similar sites.
I will definitely be back to buy more.
