Un Barolo che unisce eleganza e precisione, frutto della filosofia contemporanea ma profondamente rispettosa del territorio che caratterizza la cantina Réva. Prodotto da Nebbiolo in purezza proveniente da diverse parcelle situate nei comuni di Monforte d’Alba, Serralunga e La Morra, affina per circa 24 mesi in botti di rovere di diversa capacità. Al naso si apre con un bouquet raffinato di ciliegia, lampone, viola e rosa appassita, accompagnato da lievi accenni di spezie dolci e note balsamiche. In bocca è equilibrato e profondo, con tannini eleganti, freschezza viva e un finale minerale e persistente che esprime pienamente l’eleganza del Nebbiolo. L’annata del 2020 è stata eccellente nelle Langhe, caratterizzata da un andamento climatico regolare e armonioso. Dopo un inverno piovoso e una primavera equilibrata, l’estate è stata calda ma ventilata, con buone escursioni termiche che hanno favorito una maturazione perfetta delle uve. I Barolo 2020 si distinguono per equilibrio, complessità e grande bevibilità: vini eleganti e longevi, capaci di evolvere con grazia nel tempo.
