Prodotto dalla storica cantina Azienda Agricola Brezza Giacomo e Figli situata a Barolo (CN), questo Barolo proviene dalla vigna “Castellero”, un piccolo cru su terreno limoso-sabbioso (composizione: sabbia ~40 %, limo ~33 %, argilla ~27 %) che conferisce finezza e struttura. 

È 100% vitigno Nebbiolo. La vinificazione segue uno stile tradizionale, privilegiando l’espressione del terroir piuttosto che forzature in cantina. E’ un vino serio, di grande eleganza e profondità, che con punteggio elevato e struttura importante merita attesa e rispetto. Se conservato bene, rappresenterà un bel bottino da aprire in futuro.

L’annata 2019 è considerata molto buona per la zona del Barolo, con buona maturazione delle uve, acidità ancora vibrante, ottima struttura e capacità di invecchiamento.

I ordered three bottles, a 1999 French, recently opened, made a great impression.
The other two are a Barolo Serralunga d'Alba from Fontanafredda and a Nebbiolo d'Alba Riccheri from Marchesi di Barolo, both from 2015, which I have yet to open but the prospects are excellent.
Shipping and packaging were equally excellent, the Marchesi di Barolo bottle was longer and protruding but I still managed to protect it.
Great prices that you won't find on other similar sites.
I will definitely be back to buy more.
