Un Barolo di grande personalità e intensità, espressione autentica del lavoro artigianale della famiglia Rivetto. Prodotto esclusivamente con uve Nebbiolo provenienti dai vigneti di Serralunga d’Alba, affina per oltre 36 mesi in botti grandi di rovere e successivamente in bottiglia, raggiungendo un equilibrio perfetto tra potenza e eleganza. Il bouquet è complesso e avvolgente, con sentori di frutti rossi maturi, rosa appassita, liquirizia, cuoio e spezie dolci. Al palato è profondo, strutturato e armonioso, con tannini fitti ma levigati e un finale lunghissimo, dal carattere caldo e minerale. L’annata del 2017 è stata caratterizzata da un andamento climatico caldo e secco, che ha dato vita a Barolo dal profilo più generoso e maturo. Le rese contenute e la selezione rigorosa in vigna hanno garantito vini concentrati e di grande espressività. I Barolo 2017 mostrano intensità aromatica, tannini dolci e un carattere più accessibile rispetto ad annate più classiche, pur mantenendo ottima struttura e capacità evolutiva.
