On the palate, it is balanced and full, with fine tannins, lively freshness, and a long, mineral finish. A wine that combines finesse and balance, a modern interpretation of classic Barolo. The 2021 vintage was characterized by regular weather and a warm but not excessively hot summer, followed by cool nights that preserved aromas and acidity. This vintage's Barolos display great aromatic purity, elegant tannins, and excellent aging potential.

I ordered three bottles, a 1999 French, recently opened, made a great impression.
The other two are a Barolo Serralunga d'Alba from Fontanafredda and a Nebbiolo d'Alba Riccheri from Marchesi di Barolo, both from 2015, which I have yet to open but the prospects are excellent.
Shipping and packaging were equally excellent, the Marchesi di Barolo bottle was longer and protruding but I still managed to protect it.
Great prices that you won't find on other similar sites.
I will definitely be back to buy more.
