Il Barolo Gramolere Riserva di Manzone Giovanni nasce nell'omonimo vigneto situato a Monforte d'Alba, nella zona delle Langhe piemontesi. È prodotto esclusivamente con uve Nebbiolo, raccolte durante la prima e la seconda decade di ottobre. Il Gramolere Riserva presenta un bel colore rosso rubino con riflessi granato, dalle tonalità profonde e intense. Al naso si apre con un bouquet ampio e avvolgente, con evidenti sentori di frutta matura, sensazioni floreali e un finale speziato di noce moscata e pepe. In bocca risulta caldo e vigoroso, di grande struttura; un piacevole retrogusto di vaniglia e tabacco si fonde in modo armonioso con tannini dolci e potenti.Perfetto per accompagnare tartufi, questo vino è ideale in abbinamento a selvaggina, carni in umido e formaggi stagionati importanti.

I ordered three bottles, a 1999 French, recently opened, made a great impression.
The other two are a Barolo Serralunga d'Alba from Fontanafredda and a Nebbiolo d'Alba Riccheri from Marchesi di Barolo, both from 2015, which I have yet to open but the prospects are excellent.
Shipping and packaging were equally excellent, the Marchesi di Barolo bottle was longer and protruding but I still managed to protect it.
Great prices that you won't find on other similar sites.
I will definitely be back to buy more.
