Il Brunello di Montalcino D.O.C.G. dell’Azienda Agricola Collelceto è un capolavoro di Sangiovese 100%, caratterizzato da un profondo colore rubino con riflessi granati che si intensificano con l’invecchiamento. Questo vino affascina con il suo bouquet intenso di tabacco e lavanda, arricchito da note terziarie derivanti da un lungo affinamento che ne rivelano complessità e raffinatezza. Prodotto da uve coltivate su terreni argillosi e ben drenati, il vino segue un processo scrupoloso di pigiatura soffice, fermentazione a temperatura controllata e macerazione prolungata per 18-24 giorni, seguiti da 30 mesi in botti di rovere di medie dimensioni e 12 mesi di affinamento in bottiglia. Il risultato è un vino vellutato, di corpo pieno, con una struttura equilibrata, tannini armoniosi e un finale persistente, perfetto per accompagnare carni saporite, selvaggina o formaggi stagionati, offrendo una longevità ed eleganza straordinarie.

I ordered three bottles, a 1999 French, recently opened, made a great impression.
The other two are a Barolo Serralunga d'Alba from Fontanafredda and a Nebbiolo d'Alba Riccheri from Marchesi di Barolo, both from 2015, which I have yet to open but the prospects are excellent.
Shipping and packaging were equally excellent, the Marchesi di Barolo bottle was longer and protruding but I still managed to protect it.
Great prices that you won't find on other similar sites.
I will definitely be back to buy more.
