E’ uno Champagne Rosé prodotto dalla Maison Bollinger. L'annata 2006 è stata piena di contrasti, con un inverno molto fresco ed un'estate molto calda. Questa cuvée è stata elaborata grazie a 9 crus selezionati (Grands Crus et Premiers Crus) ed è invecchiato per più di 10 anni nelle cantine. Il Bollinger Rosé 2006 deriva dall'assemblaggio del 72% di Pinot Noir e del 28% di Chardonnay ai quali è stato aggiunto il 7% di vini rossi di Pinot Noir.
In questa annata non è stato prodotto lo champagne millesimato bianco. In questa occasione, Bollinger ha creato un fantastico packaging, moderno, attraente, giovane e molto femminile, con delle lettere rosa dorato che si intrecciano per creare un oggetto inedito.
Alla degustazione, svela una veste brillante dal colore rosa salmone. Il naso sviluppa profumi di tabacco, cioccolato, moka e arrostiti molto sottili prima di sprigionare delle note di fiori secchi. In bocca stupisce per il suo lato rotondo e denso. Esso offre dei saporiti tocchi di frutta e di miele, prova di una grande maturità. Questo vino ha una bella persistenza aromatica e rivela un finale fresco dai sapori sottili di arancia sanguigna e scorza di mandarino.
